<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-92-58 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />APPLICATION <br />CONDITIONAL <br /> <br />APPROVING THE NEGATIVE <br />OF PLEASANTON GARBAGE <br />USE PERMIT AS FILED UNDER <br /> <br />DECLARATION FOR THE <br />SERVICE, INC. FOR A <br />CASE UP-gl-l0 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pleasanton Garbage Service, Inc. has applied for a <br />conditional use permit for a recycling processing <br />facility and for expansion of waste transfer station <br />operations to include a recycling buy-back center; and <br />review of the following uses: tire sales and service, <br />truck and heavy equipment repair, street sweeping <br />services, sewage pumping services, and a rental service <br />for storage sheds and portable toilets, located at 3110 <br />Busch Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of July <br />received a proposed <br />UP-91-10; and <br /> <br />8, 1992, the Planning commission <br />negative declaration for Case <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated June 1, 1992, and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission finds that approval of the <br />proposed project would not have any significant adverse <br />effects on the environment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the Negative Declaration prepared for the <br />application of Pleasanton Garbage Service, Inc. for a <br />conditional use permit for a recycling processing <br />facility and for expansion of waste transfer station <br />operations to include a recycling buy-back center; and <br />review of the following uses: tire sales and service, <br />truck and heavy equipment repair, street sweeping <br />services, sewage pumping services, and a rental service <br />for storage sheds and portable toilets, located at 3110 <br />Busch Road. <br />
