At no time shall spot lighting be used after 10:00 PM in conjunction with such grand openings and/or promotional events. 5. In the event complaints are received by the Planning Director regarding noise, parking, traffic, or other problems occurring as a result of the operation of a Tae Kwon Do studio at this location, the Director of Planning may refer the subject project back to the Planning commission for review; the Planning commission may at that time attach new conditions as necessary to eliminate/minimize the problem or may revoke the conditional use permit. {end}
