". PLANNING COMMISSION CITY or PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-9Z-54 RESOLUTION RECOMKENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON FOR REZONING AS FILED UNDER CASE GP-9Z-Z/PUD-9Z-S WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to rezone an approximately 10 acre site located on the east side of Foothill Road, north of the Verona Bridge from the "Agricultural" District to the "Planned Unit Development - Low Density Residential" District; and WHEREAS, a final EIR prepared and certified by the County of Alameda, addressed the potential impacts of residential development on this site, and measures were adopted and included as part of the conditions of approval of the development, or incorporated into the project by design, which mitigated to an insignificant level those impacts identified as having a significant or potentially significant adverse effect on the environment; therefore, no additional environmental review is required; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing on June 10, 1992, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, the Planning commission finds that the proposed zoning is consistent with the goals and policies of the General Plan. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMKISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section L Recommends approval of Case GP-92-2/PUD-92-5, the application of the City of Pleasanton to rezone an approximately 10 acre site located on the east side of Foothill Road, north of the Verona Bridge from the "AgriCUltural" District to the "Planned Unit Development - Low Density Residential" District, subject to the conditions of approval listed in the attached "Exhibit A" and the standards of development listed in the attached "Table 3," both incorporated herein by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
