<br />". <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY or PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-9Z-54 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMKENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON FOR REZONING AS FILED UNDER CASE <br />GP-9Z-Z/PUD-9Z-S <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to rezone an <br />approximately 10 acre site located on the east side of <br />Foothill Road, north of the Verona Bridge from the <br />"Agricultural" District to the "Planned Unit Development <br />- Low Density Residential" District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a final EIR prepared and certified by the County of <br />Alameda, addressed the potential impacts of residential <br />development on this site, and measures were adopted and <br />included as part of the conditions of approval of the <br />development, or incorporated into the project by design, <br />which mitigated to an insignificant level those impacts <br />identified as having a significant or potentially <br />significant adverse effect on the environment; therefore, <br />no additional environmental review is required; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing on June 10, 1992, <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission finds that the proposed zoning is <br />consistent with the goals and policies of the General <br />Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMKISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section L Recommends approval of Case GP-92-2/PUD-92-5, the <br />application of the City of Pleasanton to rezone an <br />approximately 10 acre site located on the east side of <br />Foothill Road, north of the Verona Bridge from the <br />"AgriCUltural" District to the "Planned Unit Development <br />- Low Density Residential" District, subject to the <br />conditions of approval listed in the attached "Exhibit A" <br />and the standards of development listed in the attached <br />"Table 3," both incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
