<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY or PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALXFORNXA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-92-52 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A ONE-YEAR EXTENSION OF THE VESTXIl'G <br />TENTATIVE TRACT MAP &2&& (LAGUNA OAKS) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Desilva Group/Ahmanson Developments, Inc. has applied for <br />a one-year extension of the Vesting Tentative Tract Map <br />6266 (Laguna Oaks) for the 141 acre parcel located <br />generally at the northeast corner of Foothill Road and <br />Bernal Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />- Low Density Residential District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 10, 1992, <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the city staff <br />concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, extensions to tentative maps are exempt from the <br />requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act <br />(CEQA), therefore no environmental document was prepared <br />for this application. (An Environmental Impact Report <br />was previously prepared and adopted for the PUD rezoning <br />and development plan approval for this project); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission determined that the extension of <br />the Vesting Tentative Map is appropriate. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the request of DeSilva Group/Ahmanson <br />Developments, Inc. for a one-year extension of the <br />Vesting Tentative Tract Map 6266 (Laguna Oaks) for the <br />141 acre parcel located generally at the northeast corner <br />of Foothill Road and Bernal Avenue, subject to the <br />conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption unless appealed prior to that <br />time. <br />
