PLANNING COMMISSION CITY or PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALXFORNXA RESOLUTION NO. PC-92-52 RESOLUTION APPROVING A ONE-YEAR EXTENSION OF THE VESTXIl'G TENTATIVE TRACT MAP &2&& (LAGUNA OAKS) WHEREAS, Desilva Group/Ahmanson Developments, Inc. has applied for a one-year extension of the Vesting Tentative Tract Map 6266 (Laguna Oaks) for the 141 acre parcel located generally at the northeast corner of Foothill Road and Bernal Avenue; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Low Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 10, 1992, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the city staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, extensions to tentative maps are exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), therefore no environmental document was prepared for this application. (An Environmental Impact Report was previously prepared and adopted for the PUD rezoning and development plan approval for this project); and WHEREAS, the Planning commission determined that the extension of the Vesting Tentative Map is appropriate. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves the request of DeSilva Group/Ahmanson Developments, Inc. for a one-year extension of the Vesting Tentative Tract Map 6266 (Laguna Oaks) for the 141 acre parcel located generally at the northeast corner of Foothill Road and Bernal Avenue, subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption unless appealed prior to that time.
