CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 05-023 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING INVESTMENT POLICIES AND <br /> GUIDELINES OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 19, 2005 the Director of Finance presented a report, <br /> SR 05:106, describing the investment policies and guidelines used by the staff of <br /> the City of Pleasanton, as outlined in Section 53600 et seq. of the Government <br /> Code and reported in accordance with Section 53646 of the Government Code. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council hereby approves the Investment Policies and Guidelines, a copy <br /> of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON APRIL 19, 2005 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brozosky, McGovern, Sullivan and Mayor Hosterman <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br /> ATI'EST: ~ <br /> <br /> ~'awn Abraha/ason, City Clerk <br /> <br /> AP?..ROVED AS TO FORM: /~ <br /> <br /> Michael H.
