Resolution 05-022 <br /> Page 2 <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Council authorizes the City Manager to execute a renewed cooperative agreement <br /> between the City of Pleasanton and the County of Alameda to participate in the <br /> Alameda County HOME Consortium for a period of three years (fiscal years 2006, <br /> 2007, and 2008) for the purposes of securing federal HOME funds and developing <br /> the Consolidated Plan and related documents, and to take all other necessary <br /> actions to carry out the City's participation in the Alameda County HOME <br /> Consortium. <br /> <br /> Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND REGULARLY <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING <br /> HELD ON APRIL 19, 2005, BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brozosky, McGovern, Sullivan and Mayor Hosterman <br /> NOES: <br /> ABSENT: <br /> ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />t~,~ST: , /~ <br /> <br /> Dtiwn G.
