The plan conforms to the purposes of the PUD <br />District: <br /> <br />The proposed project implements the purposes of the <br />PUO Ordinance in this case by providing a <br />residential project that is imaginative in its <br />design and siting on the subject property, that <br />fulfills the desires of the applicant, and that <br />meets the City's General Plan goals and pOlicies. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Makes the PUD findings for Case PUD-92-4, the <br />application of Miriam Chu and Max Gahrahmat for <br />development plan approval for 90 small- and large-lot <br />single-family detached units on the approximately 17.5 <br />acre Village One site of the larger Chu/Gahrahmat <br />property located at the southerly side of the Arroyo <br />Mocho northerly of the intersection of stoneridge Drive <br />with stone pointe Way. <br /> <br />Section 2.
