<br />PLANNING COMHISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-93-33 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A MAJOR MODIFICATION TO AN <br />APPROVED PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT TO MODIFY A CONDITION OF <br />APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-80-1-7M, THE APPLICATION OF <br />TRI-VALLEY CHINESE BIBLE CHURCH <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Tri-Valley Chinese Bible Church has applied for <br />approval of a major modification to an approved planned <br />unit development for Valley Business Park to modify the <br />condition of approval to allow church uses to operate on <br />weekends and beyond the 7:00 p.m. time limit currently <br />imposed on weekdays, for those properties which abut the <br />residences on KolIn street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />- Industrial District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at their duly noticed hearing of June 23, <br />Planning commission considered all public <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />concerning this application; and <br /> <br />1993, the <br />testimony, <br />City staff <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the <br />requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act <br />(CEQA); therefore, no environmental document was prepared <br />for this report; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission determined that the modification <br />to the approved planned unit development is appropriate. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-80-1-7M, the <br />application of the Tri-Valley Chinese Bible Church for <br />approval of a major modification to an approved planned unit <br />development for Valley Business Park to modify the condition <br />of approval to allow church uses to operate on weekends and <br />beyond the 7:00 p.m. time limit currently imposed on weekdays, <br />for those properties which abut the residences on KolIn <br />street, subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "B," <br />attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2.
