The gymnastic lessons shall be conducted as described in the <br />project description of the staff report, and the application <br />dated "Received June 6, 1993," on file with the p~anning <br />Department. In sum, the gymnastic lessons shall be conducted <br />as fol~ows: <br /> <br />a. Gymnastic lessons at the Diablo Gym School shall take <br />place on weekdays and on saturdays between the hours of <br />9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; and <br />b. no more than 16 (sixteen) students shall receive <br />instruction at anyone time; and <br />c. there shal~ be a fifteen minute break between each <br />lesson; and <br />d. gymnastic lessons shall take place only in the room <br />specified (the floor of suite B and not within the <br />lobby); and <br />e. all lessons shall be conducted entirely indoors and the <br />two exits to the gym shall be closed for the duration of <br />each class. <br /> <br />Minor changes in the operation of the gymnastic lessons <br />which substantially conform to what is approved may be <br />reviewed and approved at the discretion of the planning <br />Director. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The gymnastic lessons shall be conducted in accordance <br />the required conditions for the I-P district and <br />conditions of approval as stipulated in the Ordinances <br />approved Valley Business Park (Ordinance Numbers 928, <br />1084, and 1123). <br /> <br />with <br />the <br />that <br />924, <br /> <br />3. suite B shall have a second exit installed prior to occupancy <br />of the suite as per Fire Department regulations. <br /> <br />4. It shall be the applicant I s responsibility to discuss the <br />truck delivery issue with Airrigation, the firm in suite C, to <br />find out the expected timings of truck deliveries to the firm. <br />The applicant shall inform all the parents of the children <br />enrolled about the truck deliveries for Airrigation. It shall <br />be the responsibility of the parents to drop off their <br />children just outside the door of suite B. The children shall <br />not be allowed to leave the building until they are picked up. <br />It shall also be the applicant's duty to see that no child <br />shall wander in the premises. <br /> <br />.. .
