In addition, the proposed use has adequate parking to meet projected demand. The proposed use will not subject surrounding uses to heavy truck traffic, hazardous odors, or other objectionable influences. The proposed use will also comply with applicable Building and Fire Codes. Conditions of approval have also been recommended which would ensure that any unforeseen impact is adequately mitigated. Based on the aforementioned, the project will not be detrimental to the pUblic health, safety, or welfare. C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance. As conditioned, the proposed use will all provisions and requirements of zoning ordinance. comply with the city's WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and WHEREAS, the Planning commission determined that the proposed conditional use, as conditioned, will be compatible with the surrounding uses and properties. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNXNG COMMXSSXON OF THE CXTY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWXNG: Section 1. Approves Case UP-93-24, the application of Karen Doster for a conditional use permit to establish a children's gymnasium/activity center (Gymboree) at the Hacienda Retail Plaza located at 5688 stoneridge Drive (Hacienda Business Park Lot 37B), subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption unless appealed prior to that time.
