All piano lessons shall be conducted as described in the <br />project description of the staff report, and the application <br />dated "Received April 26, 1993," on file with the Planning <br />Department. In sum, the piano lessons shall be conducted as <br />follows: <br /> <br />a. piano lessons shall take place only on weekdays, between <br />the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; and <br />b. no more than four students shall receive instruction at <br />anyone time; and <br />c. there shall be a fifteen minute break between each <br />lesson; and <br />d. piano lessons shall take place only in the room specified <br />(bedroom # 3 in front of the house). <br /> <br />Minor changes in the operation of the piano lessons which <br />substantially conform to what is approved may be reviewed and <br />approved at the discretion of the Planning Director. <br /> <br />2. The piano lessons shall be conducted in accordance with the <br />required conditions for non-exempt home occupations as <br />stipulated in Municipal Code Section 18.104.030. <br /> <br />3. All vehicles shall be parked in the driveway of the home or on <br />the street only in front of the house during the length of a <br />lesson. Students shall be encouraged to walk, bicycle, or <br />carpool to lessons. <br /> <br />4. A business license shall be obtained from the City of <br />Pleasanton prior to operation of the piano lessons. <br /> <br />5. Any substantial changes in the operation of the piano lessons <br />shall require a modification of the (Home Occupation) Use <br />Permit or, upon determination of the Zoning Administrator, a <br />new (Home Occupation) Use Permit shall be required. Also, <br />this use permit is not transferable to another address; a new <br />application must be made. <br /> <br />6. If the operation of the use results in conflicts pertaining to <br />parking, noise, traffic, or other impacts, at the discretion <br />of the Planning Director, the use permit may be referred back <br />to the Planning commission for subsequent review at a public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />{end} <br />
