<br />18.114.190 <br /> <br />Severability <br /> <br />If any provision or clause of this Ordinance or the <br />application thereof to any person or circumstance is held to <br />be unconstitutional or otherwise invalid by any court of <br />competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect other <br />Ordinance provisions or clauses or applications thereof which <br />can be implemented without the invalid provision, clause or <br />application, and to this end the provisions and clauses of <br />this Ordinance are declared to be severable." <br /> <br />section 2: The Pleasanton Municipal Code is hereby amended by <br />adding a new section to Chapter 10.16 (Topless, <br />Bottomless Entertainment), to read as follows: <br /> <br />"10.16.015 <br /> <br />Exceptions <br /> <br />This chapter shall not apply to adult entertainment <br />establishments permitted in conformance with Chapter 18.114 of <br />this Title." <br /> <br />Section 3: The Pleasanton Municipal Code is hereby amended by <br />adding the following (in alphabetical order) to Table <br />18.44.090 of Chapter 18.44 (Commercial Districts): <br /> <br /> "CR CR CN CC CS CF CA <br /> (m) (p) <br />Adult Entertainment <br />Establishments (see <br />Chapter 18. 114) P P P P _II <br /> <br />section 4: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br />(15) days after its adoption in "The Tri-Valley Herald," <br />a newspaper of general circulation published in the City <br />of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />20 <br />
