<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-93-26 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE <br />APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON TO ADD <br />AND AMEND OTHER ASSOCIATED REFERENCES OF <br />PLEASANTON MUNICIPAL CODE CONCERNING ADULT <br />ESTABLISHMENTS <br /> <br />RZ-92-7, THE <br />CHAPTER 18.114 <br />THE CITY OF <br />ENTERTAINMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to add Chapter 18.114 <br />and amend other associated references of the City of <br />Pleasanton Municipal Code concerning adult entertainment <br />establishments; and <br /> <br />WBEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of May 12, 1993, the <br />Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the <br />requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act; <br />and <br /> <br />WBEREAS, the planning commission determined that the proposed <br />ordinance adequately addresses adult entertainment <br />businesses within the city. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case RZ-92-7, the application of <br />the city of Pleasanton to add Chapter 18.114 and amend <br />other associated references of the City of Pleasanton <br />Municipal Code concerning adult entertainment <br />establishments, as shown on Exhibit "A," attached hereto <br />and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2.
