<br />Section 3.03. The Staqe 3A Sewer Expansion <br />Surcharqe. <br /> <br />.(a) Collection. "Stage 3A Sewer Expansion <br />Surcharge" shall have that meaning set forth in Section 7(c) of <br />the Second Amended Willow West Agreement and shall continue to <br />be collected pursuant to: the Second Amended Willow West <br />I <br /> <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />(b) Excepbion for Property.
