The developer shall submit an erosion and sedimentation <br />control plan or procedure as part of the improvement plans. <br />Grading completed prior to October 15 shall be revegetated and <br />stabilized by October 15. Grading completed between October <br />16 and April 15 shall be revegetated and restabilized as soon <br />as possible after completion of grading. <br /> <br />42. The developer shall submit a dust control plan or procedure as <br />part of the improvement plans. <br /> <br />43. Any damage to existing street improvements during construction <br />on the subject property shall be repaired to the satisfaction <br />of the City Engineer at full expense to the developer. This <br />shall include slurry seal, overlay, or street reconstruction <br />if deemed warranted by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />44. The developer's contractor(s) shall obtain an encroachment <br />permit from the City Engineer prior to moving any construction <br />equipment onto the site. <br /> <br />45.
