<br />n <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-93-11 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />EXHXBXT B <br />Resolution No. PC-93-11 <br />Conditions of Approval <br />Case UP-93-7 <br /> <br />1. The proposed uses shall conform substantially to the site <br />plan, floor plan, staff report project description, and <br />related materials, dated "Received January 29, 1993," on file <br />with the Planning Department, except as modified by these <br />conditions. <br /> <br />2. No more than two parking spaces shall be used for employees at <br />anyone time. The applicant shall ensure that no tow trucks <br />or employee vehicles are illegally parked on the site at any <br />time. <br /> <br />3. Uses within the applicant's warehouse shall be limited to the <br />overnight storage of towed vehicles as well as the storage of <br />up to three "for sale" automobiles. No towed or "for sale" <br />vehicles shall be stored within the parking lot or illegally <br />parked elsewhere on the site. In addition, towed vehicles <br />shall not be stored within the building if they are leaking <br />fuel, oil, coolant, or other fluids. <br /> <br />4. If additional activities beyond that approved by the Planning <br />commission are desired by the applicant, prior City review and <br />approval is required. Such modifications shall be submitted <br />to the Planning Director, who shall refer the matter to the <br />Planning commission if judged to be substantial. <br /> <br />5. If, at any time in the future it is determined by the Planning <br />Director that noise, emissions, Ii tter, storage, parking, <br />traffic, or other issues associated with the proposed uses are <br />having adverse effects on surrounding uses, properties, or the <br />City in general, this matter can be submitted, at the <br />discretion on the Planning Director, to the Planning <br />commission for their subsequent review at a public hearing. <br />If necessary, the Commission may modify or add conditions of <br />approval to mitigate such impacts, or may revoke said use <br />permit for the used auto sales and/or storage of towed <br />vehicles. <br /> <br />6. The applicant shall obtain all building, fire, or any other <br />applicable City permits for the use prior to operation. <br /> <br />{end} <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />.. -. <br /> <br />- <br />
