<br />Resolution No. PC-93-l0 <br />Page 5 <br /> <br />EXHXBIT B <br />Resolution No. PC-93-10 <br />Conditions of Approval <br />Case UP-92-68 <br /> <br />1. The proposed use shall conform substantially to the project <br />description and written narrative, Exhibit "A", dated <br />"Received January 21, 1993" on file with the Planning <br />Department, except as modified by the following conditions. <br /> <br />2. If any changes in the home occupation or additional activities <br />beyond that proposed by the written narrative are desired, <br />prior City review and approval is required. Requests for <br />modification of the home occupation use permit shall be <br />submitted to the Planning Director. Said changes may require <br />a modification of the use permit or, upon determination of the <br />Planning Director, a new use permit may be required. <br /> <br />3. If operation of this use results in conflicts pertaining to <br />parking, noise, traffic, or other impacts, at the discretion <br />of the Planning Director, this conditional home occupation use <br />permit may be referred to the Planning commission for <br />subsequent review at a public hearing. If necessary, the <br />Commission may modify or add conditions of approval to <br />mitigate such impacts, or may revoke said conditional use <br />permit. <br /> <br />4. The therapeutic massage shall be conducted as described in the <br />application letter dated January 1993, with the following <br />stipulations: <br /> <br />a. The hours of operation shall be limited to Monday - Friday <br />6:00 PM - 8:00 PM and Saturday, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM; <br />b. The total number of clients per week shall be limited to <br />15; <br />c. No more than one client shall receive a massage at one <br />time; and <br />d. Massage therapy shall take place only in the room <br />specified. <br /> <br />5. The therapeutic massage shall be conducted in accordance with <br />the required conditions for non-exempt home occupations as <br />stipUlated in Municipal Code section 18.104.030. <br />
