Resolution No. PC-93-l0 Page 5 EXHXBIT B Resolution No. PC-93-10 Conditions of Approval Case UP-92-68 1. The proposed use shall conform substantially to the project description and written narrative, Exhibit "A", dated "Received January 21, 1993" on file with the Planning Department, except as modified by the following conditions. 2. If any changes in the home occupation or additional activities beyond that proposed by the written narrative are desired, prior City review and approval is required. Requests for modification of the home occupation use permit shall be submitted to the Planning Director. Said changes may require a modification of the use permit or, upon determination of the Planning Director, a new use permit may be required. 3. If operation of this use results in conflicts pertaining to parking, noise, traffic, or other impacts, at the discretion of the Planning Director, this conditional home occupation use permit may be referred to the Planning commission for subsequent review at a public hearing. If necessary, the Commission may modify or add conditions of approval to mitigate such impacts, or may revoke said conditional use permit. 4. The therapeutic massage shall be conducted as described in the application letter dated January 1993, with the following stipulations: a. The hours of operation shall be limited to Monday - Friday 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM and Saturday, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM; b. The total number of clients per week shall be limited to 15; c. No more than one client shall receive a massage at one time; and d. Massage therapy shall take place only in the room specified. 5. The therapeutic massage shall be conducted in accordance with the required conditions for non-exempt home occupations as stipUlated in Municipal Code section 18.104.030.
