Prior to issuance of a business license and prior to <br />establishing the in-home therapeutic massage, the applicant <br />shall obtain from the Pleasanton Police Department a Massage <br />Therapist Permit and any permit necessary to establish a home <br />therapy massage service. The applicant shall maintain the <br />Pleasanton Police Department Massage Therapist permit and Home <br />Therapy Massage permit in good standing during the tenure of <br />this home occupation. <br /> <br />7. This use permit is not transferrable to another address. A <br />new application must be made. <br /> <br />8. The permit shall last one year; the applicant shall have the <br />option to reapply. <br /> <br />{end} <br />
