Sufficient parking is available and there <br />is no potential for noise problems since loud music <br />and dancing will not be permitted. Furthermore, <br />Pedro's did not cause any adverse impacts of noise <br />or traffic problems on the surrounding streets and <br />businesses during its tenure. The Fountains <br />Restaurant and cantina will operate in a similar <br />manner as Pedro's. Neither the area of the <br />building nor the amount of parking spaces have been <br />altered. Based on the aforementioned, the project <br />will not be detrimental to the public health, <br />safety, or welfare. <br /> <br />c.
