<br />Resolution No. PC-93-04 <br />Page 13 <br /> <br />61. Electric power distribution, gas distribution, communication <br />service, cable television, and any required alarm systems <br />shall be installed underground in a joint utility trench <br />unless otherwise specifically approved by the City Engineer or <br />Director of Building Inspection for on-site. <br /> <br />62. The developer shall be responsible for the installation of the <br />street lighting system serving the development. The street <br />lights shall be 70 watt, high pressure sodium vapor units <br />mounted on galvanized steel poles with poured in place bases, <br />on the LS-1C schedule per ci ty requirements and P. G. &E. <br />standard details, unless otherwise specifically approved. <br />Approval for the number, location, and type of electroliers <br />shall be subject to the review and approval of the City <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />63. Any damage to existing street improvements during construction <br />on the subject property shall be repaired to the satisfaction <br />of the City Engineer at full expense to the developer. This <br />shall include slurry seal, overlay, or street reconstruction <br />if deemed warranted by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />64. The developer's contractor (s) shall obtain an encroachment <br />permit from the city Engineer prior to moving any construction <br />equipment onto the site. <br /> <br />65. The applicant shall comply with the city's non-point storm <br />drain run-off ordinance. <br /> <br />66. A lot line adjustment between the remnant parcels and the <br />northernmost Jones parcel shall be processed prior to <br />recordation of the final map. The city Engineer may allow <br />concurrent processing of the lot line adjustment and final <br />map. <br /> <br />67. The applicant shall investigate the existing structural <br />section of Rose Avenue prior to the recordation of the final <br />map. If in the opinion of the city Engineer the existing <br />structural section is not adequate for the anticipated <br />traffic, the applicant shall reconstruct the existing roadway <br />to city standards. <br /> <br />68. Gray water shall be used for dust or grading acti vi ties. This <br />water may be obtained from the Dublin San Ramon Service <br />District Wastewater Treatment Plan at 7339 Johnson Drive, <br />Pleasanton. <br /> <br />69. The project shall comply with the city storm drain run-off <br />ordinance. <br />
