PC-93-03 <br /> <br />RESOLUTXON RECOKKENDXNG APPROVAL OF THE NEGATXVE DECLARATXON <br />FOR THE APPLICATION OF DAVID JONES AS FILED UNDER CASE <br />PUD-90-12 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, David Jones has applied for Planned unit Development <br />(POO) approval to rezone a one acre parcel from the <br />Agricultural zoning district to the PUD - MeR (Medium <br />Density Residential) District and for Planned unit <br />Development development plan approval over 3z acres (2 <br />existing parcels) of land for a nine-unit single-family <br />residential development located at 1605 Rose Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 13, 1993, the Planning <br />commission received a proposed negative declaration for <br />Case PUD-90-12; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial study dated October 14, 1993, and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that approval of the <br />proposed project would not have any significant adverse <br />effects on the environment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMKISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration <br />prepared for Case PUD-90-12, the application of David <br />Jones for Planned unit Development (POO) approval to <br />rezone a one acre parcel from the Agricultural zoning <br />district to the PUD - MeR (Medium Density Residential) <br />District and for Planned Unit Development development <br />plan approval over 3z acres (2 existing parcels) of land <br />for a nine-unit single-family residential development <br />located at 1605 Rose Avenue. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
