<br />Resolution No. PC-93-01 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />EXBXBXT B <br />Resolution No. PC-93-01 <br />Conditions of Approval <br />Case UP-92-72 <br /> <br />1. The proposed use shall substantially conform to the site plan <br />and narratives, Exhibit "A", dated "Received November 24, <br />1992," on file with the Planning Department, except as <br />modified by the following conditions. <br /> <br />2. The applicant shall contact the Building and Fire Departments <br />to determine all applicable requirements. All future tenant <br />improvements shall be included as part of this condition. The <br />applicant shall also check and obtain all other applicable <br />permits required by the city. <br /> <br />3. If additional activities (including hours of operation) beyond <br />that proposed in the narrative are desired, prior city review <br />and approval is required. Such modifications shall be <br />submitted to the Planning Director, who shall refer the matter <br />to the Planning commission should the change in use be deemed <br />to be substantial. <br /> <br />4. No signage is approved as part of this application. Any <br />proposed signage shall be reviewed and approved under separate <br />application and shall be consistent with the approved master <br />sign program for the Oakhills Shopping Center. <br /> <br />{end} <br />
