SEEP, HORSES, HOGS AND 0Ti~ LIVE~TOCK ~Ol.i TRAINS IN TE TO~,q~ OF ]PLEASANTON T0 BE A ~ISANCE ~D PROHIBITING TE SAI~. The Town Council of the Town of Pleasanton do ordain as follows: Section 1. The keeping of cattle, sheep, horses, hogs or other livestock in corrals or enclosures within the limits of the Town of Pleasanton while waiting for the shipment or transportation of the s~e to other places by train or while v~'aiting to deliver the ssnne after shipment and transportation thereof by train to the Town of Pleasanton, and the loading and/or unloading of cattle. sheep, horses, hogs or other livestock within the Town of Pleasanton from railroad cars or trains, excepting only when the shipment or transportation is to be made or has been made by railway Express or when the animals transported or to be transported are led by halters to and/or from the cars or trains, is hereby declared to be a nuisance. Section 2. It shall b~ unlawful on and after the first day of February, 1931. for any person, firm or corporation to keep cattle, sheep, horses, hogs or other livestock in corrals or other en- closures within the limits of the Town of Pleasanton while wait- ing for the shipment or transportation of the same by railroad cars or trains or while waiting to deliver the s~e after ship- ment or transportation thereof by railroad cars or trains to the ToE of Pleasanton, and it shall be also unlawful on and after the first day of February, 1931, for any person, firm or corporation to load upon or to unload from any railroad car or train within the limits of the Town of Pleasanton, any cattle. sheep, horses, hogs or other livestock, excepting only when the shipment or transportation of the s~e is to be made or has been made by -1-
