2ect ion 5; Said Special elect ion shall be helt~ and con&Acted and the votes thereof canvasse~ and the returns thereof rode., and the results ascertaineg[ and determined as herein provided~ and in all particulars not prescribed in this Ordinance such ~pecial election shall be he~ as provided b~ la~ for holding llmlclpal elect tens in sat~ ~own. The returns of said:special elect ion shall be made and signed by the officers of elect ion and shall be by them deposited with the Town Clef~ together with the ballots cast at safd special eleet ton~ and the BOard of Trustees slmll meet and canvass said retuz-ns in the Council Chambers of said Town on Monday, the 25th day of lgareh, 1929, at the hour of eight (8) o'slock P.M., and if upon such canvass it shall be found that at least two-thirds (2/3) of the ~ualtfied voters of said 2own of Pleasant on voting at said Special election upon the proposition to incur a bonded indebtedness of the said Tom of Pleasanton in the sum of 2en thousand ($10,000.00) Dollars for the first proposit- ion set forth in Section 1 of this Ordinance voted in favor of saAd proposition then bonds of the 2own of Pleasanton in said amount shall be issued by said Town accordtx~ly as aforesaid; and if upon said canvass it shall be found that at Ieas~ two-thirds (2/3) of the tualtfled voters of the Town of Pleasanton voting at said special election upon the proposition to incur a bonded Indebtedness of said Town in the sum of Twenty-three thousand ($23,000.00) Dollars for the second preposition se~ forth in ~ection 1 of this OrdinanCe voted in favor of said proposition, then bonds of the 2own of Pleasant~n in said amount shall be issued by said Town accordingly as afore satdl an& if upon said canvass it shall be found that at least two-thirds (2/~) of the qualified voters of the To~m of Pleasant on voting at said special election upon the proposition of incurring a bonded indebtedness of said Tomx in the sum of Two thousani ($2000.00) Dollars for the third proposition set forth in sectto~ of this Ordinance voted in favor of said proposition then bonds of the Town of Pleasanton in said amount shall be issued by said Town accordingly as aforesaid; and bonds for the total indebted- ness authorized to be created at said special election shall be issued in one issue or series;
