It shall be unlawful afte~ the passage of <br /> <br />this ordinance for any place of business in the Town of i~ asanton, <br />~lich is open to the public to remain open l~after the hour <br />of i~ o'clcok 2. i~l. o~ be opened before t~e hour of 5:30 A. M. <br />of any day, unless special permission therefor shall be first <br />obtained f~om the Board of Trustees of the Town oi~ Pleasanton <br /> <br /> Section 2. The Board oi' T~ustees of tt~e T~n of l~'leasanton, <br /> <br />may upon petition ~erefore g~t to ~y person o~ place of busi- <br />ness special permission to remain open after 12:00 ~. Z~. a~d to <br />open before before 5:~0 ~. ~Z. of any day, but in any case <br />s~id permit shall specify 'th~ time of day during such place <br />o~ business may remain open ~d the duration of said pern~it. <br /> <br /> Section Z.~ Violation of this ordin~ce shall constitute <br /> <br />a misdemeanor and shall be punisheable by a fine of not iss~ more <br />than One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars or by imprisonment of not <br />more than thirty days or by both such fine and imprisonment. <br /> <br /> Section 4. A1 ordinances or p~ts of ordinances in con- <br /> <br />flict herewith are hereby revoked. <br /> <br /> Section 5.
