Said mitigation <br />measures were considered and adopted with any pertinent <br />changes in condition 5-3(A - E), Exhibit "B" of the Planning <br />commission staff report dated May 27, 1992. <br /> <br />Findinq: Mitigation Measures 5-2 and 5-3 Feasible and Required <br /> <br />The city finds that it is feasible to SUbstantially avoid this <br />impact by requiring the applicant and successors in interest to <br />incorporate the specific provisions of Mitigation Measures 5-2 and <br />5-3 into the project design. The applicant and successors in <br />interest shall incorporate such grading impact reduction into <br />project design as a "condition of Approval" to the project. <br /> <br />Sound Wall <br /> <br />Impact: Inappropriate sound walls <br /> <br />The city finds that inappropriate sound walls could diminish the <br />visual qualities of the site.
