PC-92-42 <br /> <br />RESOLUTXON RECOMMENDXNG APPROVAL OF THE NEGATXVE DECLARATXON <br />FOR THE APPLXCATXON OF HARBOR VXEW XNVESTMENT, XNC. FOR <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-92-3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Harbor View Investment, Inc. has applied for development <br />plan approval to construct a two- and three-story 135 <br />residence-inn hotel on an approximately 3.58 acre site <br />located at 11920 Dublin Canyon Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of May <br />received a proposed <br />PUD-92-3; and <br /> <br />27, 1992, the Planning Commission <br />negative declaration for Case <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial study dated May 27, 1992, and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning Commission finds <br />proposed project would not have <br />effects on the environment. <br /> <br />that approval of the <br />any significant adverse <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNXNG COMHXSSION OF THE CXTY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration <br />prepared for the application of Harbor View Investment, <br />Inc. for development plan approval to a construct two- <br />and three-story 135 residence-inn hotel on an <br />approximately 3.58 acre site located at 11920 Dublin <br />Canyon Road. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE PLANNXNG COMHXSSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 27TH DAY OF MAY 1992 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />
