PC-92-41 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING DENIAL OF THE REQUESTS BY <br />PROPERTY OWNERS TO AMEND THE PROPOSED GENERAL PLAN AND <br />NORTH SYCAMORE SPECIFIC PLAN LAND USE DESIGNATIONS FOR <br />PORTIONS OF PARCELS 10, 11, AND 17 TO MEDIUM DENSITY <br />RESIDENTIAL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, requests to amend the proposed General Plan and North <br />Sycamore Specific Plan land use designations for portions <br />of Parcels 10, 11, and 17 located in the 135-acre North <br />Sycamore area from Low Density Residential to Medium <br />Density Residential were received from the owners of <br />Parcels 11 and 17; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission conducted a duly noticed public <br />hearing on this and related project matters on May 13, <br />1992; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning <br />redesignation <br />reasons cited <br />project. <br /> <br />commission finds that the proposed <br />is not appropriate for these parcels for <br />in the May 13, 1992, staff report on the <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends denial of the requests to amend the proposed <br />General Plan and North Sycamore Specific Plan land use <br />designations for portions of Parcels 10, 11, and 17 <br />located in the 135-acre North Sycamore area from Low <br />Density Residential to Medium Density Residential. <br /> <br />Section 2.
