PLANNING COMKISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-92-39 RESOLUTION CERTIFYING THE ADEQUACY OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT ADDENDUM PREPARED FOR THE NORTH SYCAMORE GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT AND SPECIFIC PLAN WHEREAS, on February 4, 1992, the city Council certified completion of the Final Environmental Impact Report for the North Sycamore General Plan Amendment and Specific Plan project proposed generally north of Sycamore Road, east of Sunol Boulevard, and south of the Mission Park and Ventana Hills neighborhoods; and WHEREAS, a revised application was subsequently referred to the Planning commission by the council proposing a change to the original Plan for Parcels 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 from Office and Low Density Residential uses to Medium Density Residential; and WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report Addendum was subsequently prepared by the city Planning staff addressing the potential environmental impacts presented buy the proposed change; and WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has provided proper notice of completion of the Environmental Impact Report Addendum for the change; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton met on May 13, 1992, and held a public hearing upon the completeness and adequacy of the Final Environmental Impact Report Addendum. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Certifies the adequacy of the Environmental Impact Report Addendum dated April 1992. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED THE 13TH DAY OF MAY 1992 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: AYES: Commissioners Horan, Hovingh, McGuirk, Michelotti, and Chairman Mahern None None None NOES: ABSENT: ABSTAIN:
