The proposed use shall conform sUbstantially to the site plan, <br />floor plan, written narrative, and related materials, <br />Exhibit A (dated "Received April 17, 1992"), on file with the <br />Planning Department, except as modified by these conditions. <br /> <br />2. If operation of this use results in conflicts pertaining to <br />parking, noise, traffic, or other factors, at the discretion <br />of the Planning Director, this matter can be submitted to the <br />Planning Commission for their subsequent review at a public <br />hearing. If necessary, the Commission may modify or add <br />conditions of approval to mitigate such impacts, or may revoke <br />said use permit. <br /> <br />3. Only two licensed massage therapists (including the applicant) <br />shall be allowed with this permit. The applicant shall submit <br />written confirmation that all massage therapists have met all <br />requirements of the Pleasanton Police Department. <br /> <br />4. If additional activities beyond that proposed in the written <br />narrative, dated "Received April 17, 1992" on file with the <br />Planning Department are desired, prior city review and <br />approval is required. Such modifications shall be submitted <br />to the Planning Director, who shall refer the matter to the <br />Planning Commission if judged to be substantial. <br /> <br />5. The hours of operation of the massage studio shall be limited <br />to 8: OOam to 8: OOpm, Monday through Friday, and 9: OOam to <br />5:00pm on Saturdays. <br /> <br />6. No signage is approved as part of this application. Any <br />signage shall conform to the existing approved sign program. <br /> <br />7. The applicant shall obtain all building and other applicable <br />City permits for the use and structure prior to occupancy. <br /> <br />{end} <br /> <br />II <br />
