EXHIBIT A Reso1ution No. PC-92-37 Conditions or Approval Case UP-92-14 1) The proposed use shall conform substantially to the site plan, and narrative, Exhibit A (dated "Received April 7, 1992"), on file with the Planning Department, except as modified by these conditions. 2) The use shall be conducted entirely within the building at all times. All doors shall be closed during class times. 3) The hours of operation shall not exceed the following schedule:- 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays. Also, the number of students at anyone time at the Center may not exceed 15. If additional activities (e.g. days and/or hours of operation, number of students, etc.) beyond that initially proposed by the applicant are desired, prior City review and approval is required. Such modifications shall be submitted to the Planning Director, who may approve the modification or refer the matter to the Planning commission if judged to be substantial. 4) The applicant shall have at least a 15 minute break between classes. 5) If the operation of this use results in conflicts pertaining to parking, noise, traffic, or other factors, this matter can be submitted to the Planning commission for their subsequent review at a public hearing, at the discretion of the Planning Director. If necessary, the commission may modify or add conditions of approval to mitigate such impacts, or may revoke the said use permit. 6) No signage is approved as part of this application. Any signage shall conform to the existing approved sign program for the building or shall require design review approval. 7) All other applicable City permits shall be obtained by the applicant. {end}
