PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAKEDA COUNTY, CALJ:FORNJ:A RESOLUTION NO. PC-92-35 RESOLUTION FINDING THE PROPOSED CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM 1992-93 THROUGH 1996-97 CONSISTENT WITH THE GENERAL PLAN AND RECOMMENDING PRIORITIES FOR FUNDING WHEREAS, one of the duties of the planning commission is to investigate and make recommendations to the city council regarding means for implementing the General Plan so that it will serve as an effective guide for the efficient expenditure of public funds relating to the subjects addressed in the General Plan; and WHEREAS, at their duly notice public hearing of April 22, 1992, the planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning the proposed Capital Improvement Program for 1992-93 through 1996-97; and WHEREAS, the planning commission made the following finding: The Draft Capital Improvement Program, as a whole and as individual projects, is consistent with the General Plan. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: section 1. Approves the Draft Capital Improvement Program. Section 2. Recommends to the city council as the priorities for funding, those projects identified in the Draft capital Improvement Program, including a recommendation that the priorities of the potential trail system be coordinated with the priorities of the centennial Committee. section 3.
