The Board of Trustees of the Town of Pleasanton <br /> does hereby consent that a strip of nine (9~ feet in width on each <br /> side of the center line of the highway known as Main street in the <br /> Town of Pleasant n Pleasanton Road District, Pleasanton Township <br /> Alameda County, ~alifornia, between 'the northerly bou dary line o~ n <br /> the Town of Pleasanton and the Southern Pacific mian line tracks at the <br /> southern terminas of said Main street, 1 ing wholly within the limits <br /> of the Town of Pleasanton, be establishe~ as a art of the system of <br /> highways of the County of lameda, State of al~fornia <br /> A C . <br /> <br /> Inasmueh as the County of Alameda proposes to immediately pave <br /> the above-mentioned highway and there is at this time an urgent need for <br /> the immediate paying of said highway for' the immediate preservation <br /> of public safety, this ordinance is declared to be an emergency <br /> measure and shall take effect immediately upon its approval. <br /> <br /> Moved by Trustee " <br /> <br /> <br />
