<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-92-33 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A MAJOR MODIFICATION TO A <br />PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-81-30-54D-1M, THE <br />APPLICATION OF BRITANNIA BUSINESS CENTER/PRUDENTIAL <br />DEVELOPMENT GROUP <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Britannia Business Center/Prudential Development Group <br />have applied for approval of a Planned Unit Development <br />major modification to allow the construction of a two- <br />story, 141,000 square foot office building on a 7.9 acre <br />parcel (site lID) in Hacienda Business Park located at <br />4280 Hacienda Drive (Suite IlD); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />- Industrial, Commercial, and Offices District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at their duly noticed hearing of April 8, <br />Planning commission considered all public <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />concerning this application; and <br /> <br />1992, the <br />testimony, <br />city staff <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an environmental impact report was prepared in <br />conjunction with the PUD approval for the entire Hacienda <br />Business Park. The proposed project is within the scope <br />of this environmental report; therefore, no additional <br />environmental document was prepared for this project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission finds that the proposed plan <br />meets all requirements of the design guidelines <br />established for Hacienda Business Park, and, as <br />conditioned, would be an attractive and compatible <br />addition to the Hacienda Business Park. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUO-81-30-54D-IM, the <br />application of Britannia Business Center/Prudential <br />Development Group for approval of a Planned Unit <br />Development major modification to allow the construction <br />of a two-story, 141,000 square foot office building on a <br />7.9 acre parcel (Site lID) in Hacienda Business Park <br />located at 4280 Hacienda Drive (suite IlD) , subject to <br />the conditions shown on Exhibit "A," attached hereto and <br />made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />- <br />
