<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-92-32 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REVOKING THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-90-76 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on August 21, 1992, approval was granted to Mr. William <br />Moss for a conditional use permit for a small recycling <br />collection facility to be established at 2803 Hopyard <br />Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at a duly noticed public hearing on March 25, 1992, the <br />Planning commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the city staff <br />concerning the revocation of this conditional use permit <br />for failure to comply with conditions of approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning <br />conditions of <br />applicant: <br /> <br />Commission found that the following <br />approval have not been met by the <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The eight foot tall <br />(constructed with T-l-11 <br />match adjacent service <br />installed. <br /> <br />framed screen walls <br />siding painted beige to <br />station) have not been <br /> <br />2. six foot long planter boxes with landscaping have <br />not been installed. <br /> <br />3. Bins have not been painted to match the adjacent <br />service station. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />An unmanned drop bin has not been installed. <br />has resulted in recyclable materials <br />abandoned outside of bins. <br /> <br />This <br />being <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />A sign program for the site <br />for review and approval, <br />placed on the site. <br /> <br />has not been submitted <br />but signage has been <br /> <br />The applicant did not contact the <br />Department for a final on-site inspection <br />opening the facility. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission determined that the appearance of <br />the facility is unattractive and adversely affects the <br />general welfare of the surrounding area. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />Planning <br />prior to <br />
