PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-92-32 RESOLUTION REVOKING THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-90-76 WHEREAS, on August 21, 1992, approval was granted to Mr. William Moss for a conditional use permit for a small recycling collection facility to be established at 2803 Hopyard Road; and WHEREAS, at a duly noticed public hearing on March 25, 1992, the Planning commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the city staff concerning the revocation of this conditional use permit for failure to comply with conditions of approval; and WHEREAS, the Planning conditions of applicant: Commission found that the following approval have not been met by the 1.
