<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-92-28 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING DENIAL OF THE APPLICATION OF FRED <br />HEHPY FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL <br />AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-91-19 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Fred Hempy has applied for Planned unit Development <br />development plan approval to construct one single-family <br />home on a 1. 25 acre portion of an approximately 2.40 acre <br />site located at 5226 Foothill Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of March 25, 1992, the <br />Planning Commission approved a proposed negative <br />declaration for PUD-91-19 after considering all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission determined that the proposed PUD <br />development plan is not consistent with the purposes of <br />the West Foothill Road Corridor Overlay District and the <br />PUD ordinance. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANT ON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends denial of the application of Fred Hempy for <br />Planned Unit Development development plan approval to <br />construct one single-family home on a 1.25 acre portion <br />of an approximately 2.40 acre site located at 5226 <br />Foothill Road. <br /> <br />Section 2.
