PC-92-27 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATXVE DECLARATXON <br />FOR THE APPLICATION OF FRED HEHPY FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-91-19 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Fred Hempy has applied for Planned Unit Development <br />development plan approval to construct one single-family <br />home on a 1.25 acre portion of an approximately 2.40 acre <br />site located at 5226 Foothill Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of March <br />received a proposed <br />PUD-91-19; and <br /> <br />25, 1992, the Planning Commission <br />negative declaration for Case <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the planning commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial study dated January 15, 1992, and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission finds that approval of the <br />proposed project would not have any significant adverse <br />effects on the environment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMXSSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration <br />prepared for the application of Fred Hempy for Planned <br />Unit Development development plan approval to construct <br />one single-family home on a 1. 25 acre portion of an <br />approximately 2.40 acre site located at 5226 Foothill <br />Road. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTXON ADOPTED BY THE PLANNXNG COMMXSSXON OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 25TH DAY OF MARCH 1992 BY THE FOLLOWXNG VOTE: <br />
