21. That it required by the Police Department, the building (s) shall be equipped with an alarm system, the type to be approved by the Police Department and that this system shall be i~stalled prior to final building inspection. 22. That a final landscape plan be submitted to the Planning DiVision for approval prior to issuance of a building permit. 23. That the colors of the bUilding(s) be submitted to the Planning DiVision for approval prior to the issuance of a building permit. 24. That the developer pay any and all fees that the property may be subject to. 25. That only modular newspaper dispensers accommodating more than one newspaper shall be allowed outside of buildings within the development; the design of these dispensers shall be approved by the Planning Division. 26. That the developer SUbmit a building permit survey and a site development plan in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 18.68 of the Municipal Code of the City of Pleasanton, and that these plans be approved by the City Engineer prior to the issuance of a building permit. That the site development plan include all required information to design and construct site, grading, paving, drainage and utilities. Specific items to be indicated on the site development plan necessary to construct the improv_ents are to be in accordance with the City of Pleasanton Private Development Design GUidelines and Standard Details adopted April 15, 1986. 27.
