<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-92-21 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING DENIAL WITHOUT PREJUDICE OF CASE <br />PUD-9l-l1, THE APPLICATION OF MIRIAM CHU AND MAX GAHRAHMAT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Miriam Chu and Max Gahrahmat have applied for development <br />plan approval for 390 residences consisting of 95 small- <br />lot single-family detached units, 149 single-family <br />attached townhouse units, 146 clustered single-family <br />detached dwelling units, elementary school neighborhood <br />park, linear park, and pUblic/institutional uses on an <br />approximately 77.8 acre site located on the southerly <br />side of the Arroyo Mocho northerly of the intersection of <br />stoneridge Drive with stone pointe Way; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />- Low Density Residential District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed project is covered by the Stoneridge Drive <br />specific Plan EIR. Mitigation measures required of the <br />project by the EIR are incorporated in the project design <br />or are reflected in the draft conditions of approval, <br />therefore no additional environmental document was <br />prepared for this project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed <br />development plan was not appropriate for the site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Recommends denial without prejudice of the <br />application of Miriam Chu and Max Gahrahmat for <br />development plan approval for 390 residences consisting <br />of 95 small-lot single-family detached units, 149 single- <br />family attached townhouse units, 146 clustered single- <br />family detached dwelling units, elementary school <br />neighborhood park, linear park, and pUblic/institutional <br />uses on an approximately 77.8 acre site located on the <br />southerly side of the Arroyo Mocho northerly of the <br />intersection of Stoneridge Drive with stone pointe Way. <br /> <br />section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 11TH DAY OF MARCH 1992 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />
