<br />22. A hydropneumatic "booster" water pump shall be installed for <br />each lot above 390 feet in elevation. Additionally, each of <br />these residences shall be equipped with a 150-200 gallon water <br />storage tank for fire and domestic water use. These pumps and <br />storage tanks shall be maintained by the lot-owner. Where <br />feasible, the pumps shall be located in the garage of the unit. <br />(MM 7d [part 1]) <br /> <br />23. The developer shall install and pay for all water mains, lines <br />and other water-related system improvements determined by the <br />city of Pleasanton Public Works Department as necessary to <br />service the project. All such installations shall be to the <br />specifications of the City Engineer. (MM 7e) <br /> <br />sanitary Sewer <br /> <br />24. The developer shall install all sanitary sewer lines within the <br />project boundaries, and shall extend the City's sewer line to <br />serve the project. All sanitary sewer lines shall be installed <br />within the street right-of-way or dedicated public service <br />easement (PSE). The City'S Public Works Department will <br />determine if the existing sanitary sewer line must be upgraded <br />by the developer to accommodate the increased wastewater <br />generated by the proposed project. (MM 7f) <br /> <br />25. The developer shall install sewer lift stations along Foothill <br />Road, in accordance with the requirements and specifications of <br />the City'S Public Works Department. (MM 7g) <br /> <br />26. <br /> <br />Individual pump grinder stations shall be provided for Lots <br />60, 61 and 63, in accordance with the specifications <br />requirements of the City Engineer. The pumps shall be owned <br />maintained by individual lot owners. (MM 7h) <br /> <br />59, <br />and <br />and <br /> <br />27. Prior to approval of the tentative map, the sanitary sewer <br />system shall be redesigned , such that the approved nine-lot <br />subdivision on the east side of Foothill Road can be served by <br />a gravity sewer line. This redesign shall be shown on the <br />tentative map utilities plan. <br /> <br />utilities and streets <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />28. The sanitary sewer and water mains shall be designed such that <br />the lines are ont he same side of the street throughout the <br />entire loop street. <br /> <br />28. The storm drain inlets from the open space areas shall be <br />relocated closer to the street, or maintained privately. These <br />inlets shall incorporate a permanent desilting basin. <br /> <br />29. Unless otherwise approved by the city Engineer, all public storm <br />drain lines shall be within the street right-of-way. All other <br />lines shall be private and maintained by individual homeowners. <br />
