<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-92-15 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE CEQA FINDINGS FOR CASE <br />PUD-89-l7 (OAK TREE FARM), THE APPLICATION OF CURRIN <br />CONSTRUCTION COMPANY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Currin Construction Company has applied for <br />approval of a development plan to permit the construction <br />of 68 single-family custom homes in addition to an <br />existing home on an approximately 91 acre site located at <br />8015 Foothill Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />- Rural Density and Low Density Residential; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was called and duly noticed for <br />February 12, 1992, and February 20, 1992, at which time <br />the Planning commission reviewed and considered the <br />information contained in the Final Supplemental <br />Environmental Impact Report; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission determined that the application <br />would be in conformance with the General Plan with the <br />condition that the plan not exceed 54 lots and with the <br />finding that, due to proximity of the project to the <br />EBRPD and Pleasanton's Augustine Park there is adequate <br />open space and nature trails to permit the extra tree <br />lots. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMKISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the CEQA findings prepared for <br />Case PUD-89-17, as shown on Exhibit "C," attached hereto <br />and made a part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON THE 20TH DAY OF FEBRUARY 1992 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Commissioners Horan, McGuirk, Wright, and Acting Chairman <br />Michelotti <br />None <br />Commissioner Hovingh and Chairman Mahern <br />None <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />February 20, 1992 <br />
