<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-92-l4 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE FINAL <br />SUPPLEMENTAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT PREPARED FOR <br />THE APPLICATION OF CURRIN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY AS FILED <br />UNDER CASE PUD-89-17/0AK TREE FARM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Currin Construction company has applied for planned <br />unit development rezoning and development plan approval <br />for the construction of 68 single-family custom homes <br />in addition to the existing home on an approximately 91 <br />acre site located at 8015 Foothill Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property has been pre-zoned for PUD - Rural and Low <br />Density Residential, and the property is located within <br />the West Foothill Road Corridor overlay District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the planning commission of the city of Pleasanton <br />provided proper public notice of completion of the <br />Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Report for Case <br />PUD-89-l7; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city of Pleasanton has accepted and responded to <br />comments to the Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact <br />Report from public agencies having juriSdiction by law, <br />persons having special expertise with respect to any <br />environmental impact involved, and other persons or <br />organizations having an interest in the proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Final supplemental Environmental Impact Report has <br />been prepared and contains the Draft Supplemental <br />Environmental Impact Report, comments and <br />recommendations received on the Draft Supplemental <br />Environmental Impact Report, and the responses of the <br />city of Pleasanton to significant environmental points <br />raised in the review and consultation process; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city of Pleasanton has provided proper notice of <br />completion of the Final Supplemental Environmental <br />Impact Report for the proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton met <br />on February 12, 1992, and held a public hearing upon <br />the completeness and adequacy of the Final Supplemental <br />Environmental Impact Report. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />
