<br />PLANNING COMKISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-92-l0 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING THAT THE PLEASANTON <br />RIDGELANDS PLAN BE REFERRED TO THE CITY <br />COUNCIL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Measure M, adopted on November 6, 1990, set in motion a <br />process for developing General Plan policies for the <br />7,100 acre Pleasanton Ridgelands area, by requiring that <br />a citizens' committee develop a plan - a General Plan <br />amendment - which would be adopted by the electorate; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at a duly noticed public hearing on February 12, 1992, <br />the Planning commission reviewed the Pleasanton <br />Ridgelands Plan - A General Plan Amendment - prepared by <br />the Pleasanton Ridgelands Committee. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Recommends that the Pleasanton Ridgelands Plan - A <br />General Plan Amendment - prepared by the Pleasanton <br />Ridgelands Committee be referred to the City Council for <br />consideration, with no further recommendations of the <br />planning Commission. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED THE 12TH DAY OF FEBRUARY 1992 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />commissioners Horan, Hovingh, McGuirk, and Michelotti <br />Chairman Mahern <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~.;4It <br /> <br />Brian W.
