PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-92-6 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF CHRIS BERATLIS FOR REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-91-14 WHEREAS, Chris Beratlis has applied for planned unit development (PUD) rezoning and development plan approval for a 15- lot, single-family residential development on an approximately 8.9 acre site located at 10 Beratlis Place (north of Crellin Road); and WHEREAS, at its meeting of January commission received a proposed Case PUD-91-14; and WHEREAS, the Planning commission has received and reviewed the Initial study dated November 13, 1991, and received the recommendations of the staff; and 8, 1992, the Planning negative declaration for WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning commission finds that approval of the proposed project would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission further finds that the proposed project would not have any adverse impacts on the site's wildlife. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for the application of Chris Beratlis for planned unit development (PUD) rezoning and development plan approval for a 15-lot, single-family residential development on an approximately 8.9 acre site located at 10 Beratlis Place (north of Crellin Road). Section 2. The Planning commission finds that the proposed project will have a de Minimis impact on the site's wildlife.
