<br />b. A complete record, including location and elevation <br />of all field density tests and a summary of all field and <br />laboratory tests. <br />c. A declaration, by a civil engineer and geologist, <br />that all work was done in accordance with the recommendations <br />contained in the soil and geologic investigation report and <br />approved plans and specifications. <br />d. Where soil or geologic conditions encountered in <br />grading operations are different from that anticipated in the <br />soil and geologic investigation report, or where such <br />conditions warrant changes to the recommendations contained in <br />the original soil investigation, a revised soil or geologic <br />report shall be submitted for approval and shall be <br />accompanied by an engineering and geological opinion as to the <br />safety of the site from hazards of land slippage, erosion, <br />settlement and seismic activity. <br /> <br />2. All fill banks shall be graded at a 3:1 slope, except <br />those created as a result of landslide repair in areas with no <br />buildings and where the natural, ungraded slope is steeper <br />than 3: 1. In these instances,' the landslide repair area or <br />graded slope shall match as closely as possible the natural <br />slope prior to grading. Any fill slopes steeper than 3: 1 <br />shall be subject to the review and approval of the Public <br />Works Director. <br /> <br />3. The project grading for landslide repair shall conform <br />with all mitigation measures recommended in the Final EIR and <br />any subsequent geological/geotechnical reports subject to the <br />review and approval of the city Engineer. <br /> <br />4. Detailed grading, drainage, and erosion/sedimentation <br />control plans, including mitigation of existing drainage and <br />erosion problems on-and Off-site, shall be submitted for <br />review and approval by the Director of Public Works. No <br />grading shall be permitted on this site until said plans have <br />been approved by the Director of Public Works and have been <br />reviewed by the Planning Director. <br /> <br />5. No grading of the site shall occur which is not in <br />compliance with the grading permit. Grading shall be <br />completed under the supervision of the project soils engineer <br />and/or engineering geologist, or project civil engineer who <br />shall, upon its completion, submit a declaration to the <br />Director of Public Works that all work was done in accordance <br />with the recommendations contained in the soil and geologic <br />investigation reports and the approved plans and <br />specifications. <br /> <br />6. A qualified archaeological consultant shall meet on-site <br />with the grading contractor and crew, prior to the <br />commencement of grading, to instruct personnel on identifying <br />possible indications of archaeological resources.
