It shall 0e unlawful for any person to throw, <br /> <br /> cast, leave, deposit, or cause to be lei't in or upon the.l yard, <br /> <br /> steps,. p~rch, or property of s~ny person within the Town of <br /> <br />Pleasant on, any pap~, ps~phlets, circulars, advertisements, <br /> or <br />printed matter of any kind or description, dodgers,~andbills, <br /> <br />without first obtaining the consent of the o~ner or ~ccupant <br /> <br />of such property. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3. The word ~'person" shall mean and include natur- <br /> <br />al persons, associations, co-partners]~ips land corpor~:~tions. <br /> <br /> SECTION 4. Any person who shall violate anZr of the provisions <br /> <br />of this Ordinance is ~ilty of a misdemeanor, and upon convic- <br /> <br />tion thereof shall be punished by imprisonment not exceeding <br /> Dollars <br />thirty days, or by a fine of not less than Pive~or more than <br /> <br />One Hundred Dollars, or by both such fine or imprisonment. <br /> <br /> SECTION 5. if any of the provisions of this Ordinance <br /> <br />shall be ~ld invalid, it shall not be construed to invalidate <br /> <br />other provisions of this Ordinance. <br /> <br /> SEC'2ION 6. This Ordinance shal! be published in the Pleasan- <br /> <br />ton Times, and shall take effect i~nnediately upon its publication. <br /> <br /> <br />
