ORDINANCE No 126 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING TH~ SALami 07 FIRE'~i0RKS 0P ANY DESCHIP <br /> TION WITHIN 'jH~ LIMITS 0F T~-t!E TOWN 0~~ PLEASANTON AND AL!~0 PROHIBITI <br /> HIBITING THE DISCHARGE 0F FIHEVjORKS 0F ANY DISCHIPTION WITHIN <br /> Tt~ LI~'~IITS 0~~ SAID CITY. <br /> <br /> The Board of Trustees of the To~n of PleaSanton do ordain as follows; <br /> Sectionll,--It sk~ll be unlawful fo~~ any person,fism or corporation <br /> to sell or offer for sale any fire-crackers,sky rockets,roman candles <br /> or any other fire~vorks of any description whatever within the limits <br /> of the ~own of Pleasanton, <br /> <br /> Section 2.--It shall be unla~vful ~o~ any .person,firm or corporation <br /> to light,fire,discharge or shoot any fire-crackers of any ~escript~nn <br /> whatever within the limits of the Town of Pleasanton,without first <br /> having obtaine~ from the Board of Trustees of the Town of Pleasanton <br /> a permit in ~vriting autherizing them to handle such ~ireworks, <br /> <br /> Section 3,--Any person violating any of the provisions of~this <br /> Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor an.d shall be pun- <br /> ished upon conviction or a plea of guilty thereof by a fine of not <br /> less than ten dollars nor more t~an one hundred dollars,or by impris- <br /> onment for not less t_i.~an five days nor more than fifty days,or by <br /> both such fine and imprisonment, <br /> <br /> Sectuon 4,-- This Ordinance shall be ~ubli~hed in the Pleasanton <br /> Times and shall be in full force and effect from and after its publi- <br /> cation, <br /> <br /> Moved by Trustee Bairos seconded by Garatti that Ordinance <br />b~ adopted and carried by th~ following vote. <br /> <br /> Ayes ......
