Oedinanoe No .123 <br /> <br />1 An Ordinance amending Ordinance' No.ll3,by adding a new <br />8 Subdivision to be known as Subdivision No.~2aof Section 10 <br />3 ~he Board of Trustees of the Town If Pleasanton do ordain <br />4 as follows; <br />5 Section 1.--A new subdivision to Ordinance I~o.113,to be <br />6 known as subdivision l~o.~2a,of Section lO,is hereby enacted, <br />7 said subdivision to read as follows; <br />8 Subdivision I~o.22a.-- ProVided,however,that any person <br />9 having the right to sell or peddle fruit or vegetables,as <br /> . set l'o~th in subdivision 2~ hereof without the payment of <br />10 <br /> a license fee,shall not be to pay any fee for the right to <br />11 <br /> sell such fruit or vegetables to retailer or retailers,as <br />18 <br /> set forth in section <br />13 <br /> Section 2.-- This Ordinance shall be ini~t~ll force. and <br />14 <br /> effect ~mmediately after its adoption,a~pproval a~d public- <br />15 ation. <br /> <br /> ~asse~and adopte~ this 19th day of September,19~l <br />18 <br /> on motion by trustee Piokard seeended by 6aratti and carried <br /> <br /> by thr following vote <br /> <br />21 Ayes .....
