TEE TOWN OF PLEPSANTON?ALAr~,.~,DA C0UNTY~0A~.: The Board of Trustees of the Town of Pleasanton do or- dain as follows; Section l, That there is hereby established in the Town of Pleasanton a City Planning Commission in manner and form as is provided in Chapter 428,of the Laws of California for the year 1915,approved May 21 st,1915,and also known as Act 2389J,of Deering's General Law~ of California for the year 1915 entitled: An Act For The Establishment,GoWernment,and the .~intenance of City Plamuing Commission Within Municipal ities and Prescribing Their Powers and Duties." Section 2. That said City Planning Commission shall con- -sist of five members to be appointed by the President of the of Trustees Board of said Town of Pleasan~on,with the consent of said Board of Trustees, one member Of whieh~C~ ~Ian~ing:I:Com- mission shall also be a member of said Board of Trustees,and in addition thereto, the Town Attorney and Town Engineer of said Town of Pleasanton shall be ex officio full member of said City Planning Commission,and the Pres~ent of said Board Of Trustees shall also be a member of said City Planning Com- mission as in said Act is provided: Section ~. That said City Planning Commission shall have all the powers conferred by,and shall,in all things,be gn~v- erned by,the provisions of the afore said Act of the Legis- lature of the State of California,which said Act is hereby ~x prossly referred to and made a part of this Ordinance: Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage,approval and publication. Passed this 1st day of August A.D.,1921 by the following vote; Ayes ....
