Resolution No. PC-94-06 Page 6 9. The development shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code (Chapter 20.24 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code). 10. The site shall be kept free of fire hazards from the start of construction to final inspection. 11. The applicant shall post address numerals on the building so as to be plainly visible from all adjoining streets or driveways during both daylight and night time hours. 12. If required by the Police Department, the building shall be equipped with an alarm system, the type to be approved by the Police Department and that this system shall be installed prior to occupancy of the building. 13. Any damage to existing street improvements during construction on the subject property shall be repaired to the satisfaction of the City Engineer at full expense to the developer. This shall include slurry seal, overlay, or street reconstruction if deemed warranted by the city Engineer. 14. The developer I s contractor (s) shall obtain an encroachment permit from the City Engineer prior to moving any construction equipment onto the site. 15. In the event that the applicant installs any new ducts, meters, air conditioning equipment, and any other mechanical equipment, whether on the structure, on the ground, or on the roof, it shall be effectively screened from view with materials architecturally compatible with the main structure. Screening details shall be shown on the plans submitted for issuance of building permits, the adequacy of which shall be determined by the Planning Director. 16. In the event that the Bank of Walnut Creek establishes, with the approval of a conditional use permit, a branch bank facility outside of the downtown and not within the C-R (Regional Commercial) district, and if the downtown bank facility is closed, then the bank outside of downtown must also close, unless there are eight remaining banks in the downtown at that time. {end} II .
