<br />Resolution No. PC-94-06 <br />Page 6 <br /> <br />9. The development shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton <br />Fire Code (Chapter 20.24 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code). <br /> <br />10. The site shall be kept free of fire hazards from the start of <br />construction to final inspection. <br /> <br />11. The applicant shall post address numerals on the building so <br />as to be plainly visible from all adjoining streets or <br />driveways during both daylight and night time hours. <br /> <br />12. If required by the Police Department, the building shall be <br />equipped with an alarm system, the type to be approved by the <br />Police Department and that this system shall be installed <br />prior to occupancy of the building. <br /> <br />13. Any damage to existing street improvements during construction <br />on the subject property shall be repaired to the satisfaction <br />of the City Engineer at full expense to the developer. This <br />shall include slurry seal, overlay, or street reconstruction <br />if deemed warranted by the city Engineer. <br /> <br />14. The developer I s contractor (s) shall obtain an encroachment <br />permit from the City Engineer prior to moving any construction <br />equipment onto the site. <br /> <br />15. In the event that the applicant installs any new ducts, <br />meters, air conditioning equipment, and any other mechanical <br />equipment, whether on the structure, on the ground, or on the <br />roof, it shall be effectively screened from view with <br />materials architecturally compatible with the main structure. <br />Screening details shall be shown on the plans submitted for <br />issuance of building permits, the adequacy of which shall be <br />determined by the Planning Director. <br /> <br />16. In the event that the Bank of Walnut Creek establishes, with <br />the approval of a conditional use permit, a branch bank <br />facility outside of the downtown and not within the C-R <br />(Regional Commercial) district, and if the downtown bank <br />facility is closed, then the bank outside of downtown must <br />also close, unless there are eight remaining banks in the <br />downtown at that time. <br /> <br />{end} <br /> <br />II <br /> <br />. <br />
